Read proposed work as a proposal.

Research themes, service directions, and the expert network are labeled where they are proposed. They do not establish a track record or promise availability, selection, employment, or an outcome.

Consider the context of a claim.

Research findings should be read with their methods, sources, and limitations. External reading is attributed to its original source. An internal assessment is not independent assurance.

Agree before starting work.

Any collaboration would require a separate agreement covering its scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and relevant terms. Sending an enquiry does not establish that agreement.
